4. Payments and subscriptions

• All our services are subscription-based and are charged in advance according to the agreed pricing.
• Payments are made using the selected payment method, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the start of the next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made will not be refunded unless the service has been cancelled in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
• The company reserves the right to terminate access to the service immediately if these terms of use are breached.

6. Limitation of liability

• The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
• The services are provided “as is”, and the company does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Changes to and discontinuation of services

• The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services or any part of them without prior notice.

• All content related to the services, including logos, text, images and software, is the property of the company or its licensors.
• The user may not copy, modify or distribute content related to the services without the company's written permission.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

• These terms of use are governed by the laws of Finland.
• Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, disputes will be settled by a competent Finnish court.
