What is the lowest starting price?

Pay-as-you-go starts at €19/month because every workspace is billed for at least one user. Standard starts at €199/month.

What is a resolution?

A resolution is a completed conversation in which the AI took part and answered without a handover to a person or a question marked as unanswered. Handovers, failed AI conversations and conversations handled by a person are not billable resolutions.

How is WhatsApp billed?

Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages cost €0.01 per message. Standard includes the first 1000 WhatsApp messages each month.
